I want to find and buy my sister a set of dolls she had in the late 80s to early 90s. These dolls were small, about 3 to 4 inches tall. They came with some accessories, one came with a cradle that had one of those toys that hang from the cradle so the baby could play with them. Another doll would walk, each doll basically did something.

Can anyone tell me the name, or confirm that they existence of an 80s toy. All they were, were piles of rocks that came with a little man. When you put that man on the pile of rocks, the rocks would turn into a monster and eat the little man.
Did I dream that up or do they exist? What are they called?
