I had these as a young girl, late 80s. They were velvet-like animals, small, could move arms, heads, legs, doll-like. They came with clothes you could put them in along with houses, and there were different animal families like bunnies, bears, etc. Does anyone know what I’m talking about?

In particular, I’m looking for price info on Barbies (also have some first edition little mermaid dolls, skipper size, not made by Mattel and the Anastasia doll from Burger King) and My Little Ponies. I also have some Barbie play sets, like the Surf n Shop, BBQ Party, and a few beach ones. For the ponies, I have Mama and Baby Shady, Baby Bonnet Dance Studio, and the Pony Castle (somewhat damaged). Half of the Barbies have original outfits (one right down to the shoes and the hair pick) and i think thats important to have. I also have outfits that came on barbies that I do not own, so maybe collectors would be interested in that so they could make the doll look like it did out of the box.

About five years ago I knew a website where you made an account and could play classic board games with other members online. It allowed you to speak with the player while you played. I really liked that website and I haven’t been able to find it again. Any suggestions. Even if you know a website that isn’t exactly like what I described, I’d still like the suggestions. Thanks.

I want to buy a bunch of classic board games but don’t feel like paying retail since its the same new or used. I am also looking for interesting used thrift (non-clothing and non-household) stores to buy cheap books, games, toys, etc. Basically one of those stores you can spend hours in, buy interesting stuff and wont break the bank.

Any recommendations?
