How much testing was done? Let’s say; 70s, 80s, 90s.

Who is responsible for the lead in Chinese made toys — the American head offices, etc.?
Are you nuts? This is an honest question here.

    Now here we go again , wanting to fight another country, China just needs to pay for their mistakes, after all they are indeed Bush’s Buddies

    To answer your question;

    There was a lot of lead in US homes back in the day, We painted our walls with lead based paint and toys as well, with no testing for lead levels. As for who is responsible for lead in today’s toys, I would have to place blame in the head office, because they are responsible for their products they sell under their name.
