Looking for the name of a purple sea monster toy from the 80s. This toy had a neck that could go up and down.?

It had different colors on it’s neck that could be used for playing songs.
It wasn’t electric, but it had a bulb type of nose that if you squeezed air would come through the small hole in it’s neck.
